How long does shipping from the warehouse to your front door take?
QuickShip listed solutions and supplies normally ship the same business day on orders entered before 12pm Noon Eastern Time. If you add other products to your order that are not QuickShip eligible the order will ship regular way.
Manufacturer's normally ship spray tanning solutions, supplies and disposables within 1-2 business days and equipment within 3-5 business days. Larger items such as spray tanning overspray booths that ship via freight carrier may periodically require additional time of between 1-2 weeks when the manufacturer is restocking specialized parts.
Unfortunately, not all online retailers may communicate these timeframes and only inform customers after their order is processed and they inquire. At the Spray Tanning Store we work hard to be transparent and shipping directly from our manufacturer warehouses to ensure you always receive your purchase brand new, under full manufacturer warranty, and as quickly as possible. What happens after the shipment leaves to manufacturer warehouse?
You will receive a tracking number and link via email as soon as your order ships.
Where do we ship our products from?
Our manufacturers ship your equipment purchase directly to your door rather than routing it through our company facilities. This manufacturer direct process on equipment saves you both time and money and allows us to offer you the lowest prices anywhere. Our QuickShip products normally ship from our Chicago warehouse the same business day when placed by 12 Noon EST to minimize delivery time.

Shipping & No Tax Offer Details*
We offer free shipping on most orders over $49.99 during our special promotional periods but there are some locations that may be excluded. These locations include the states of Hawaii, Alaska, and the commonwealth of Puerto Rico. Other remote locations such as islands, mountains or rural areas and neighborhoods, that a shipping carrier may deem remote or difficult to access, may also be excluded. Some Western and Northern states may also not qualify for free freight shipping offers on occasion.
If you feel you may be in a remote or difficult to access location, please feel free to contact us to make sure. If you place an order and we find that you are in such an area we will immediately contact you with available options. We are also required to collect and pay Illinois state sales tax due to the location of our Illinois warehouse operations.
In addition, many equipment orders must be shipped to a commercial business address to qualify for free shipping. If your delivery address is not recognized as a commercial address by the US Postal Service you may need to pay a surcharge if you choose residential delivery. If you do not have access to a commercial address we can normally ship most items to a nearby Fedex Hold at Location for pick up. Please feel free to contact us with any questions or for additional details.
Missing deliveries, shipping damage or missing products should be reported within 24 hours.
What about setup and installation?
Most of our larger equipment products require some minimal assembly. All Overspray Reduction and Automatic Spray Tanning Booths are shipped freight. Those products are delivered curbside to your commercial address or residence so you'll need to arrange assistance to bring it inside. The freight shipping company will call you ahead of time, to schedule a delivery window on booth shipments, so you'll know which date and time they will arrive.
All Freight Deliveries (Includes all Free Shipping specials)
- Home or business deliveries will need to be accessible to a full size 18 wheel semi-trailer delivery truck.
- Most carrier transit times within the Continental U.S. range from 3-8 business days.
- You will be contacted by the delivery company usually the day before to schedule a delivery window.
- Products shipped freight are delivered curbside to your home or business so you'll need a friend to help you unload and bring it inside.
- Tracking numbers will be provided whenever possible.
- A signature by the purchaser will be required upon receipt of the delivery
NOTE: If a confirmed delivery appointment is canceled by the customer on the day of delivery, or if the customer is not home to receive the delivery, a $100 fee is charged by the carrier to reschedule and re-deliver. This rescheduling fee will be paid for by the customer. Also note that if you are unable to schedule the delivery in a timely matter (normally within 3 business days of notice) after the shipping company first calls, you will also be responsible for any storage or return shipping charges the freight company may charge.
AK, HI, PR Shipping
We're sorry but at this time we can only ship to the lower 48 states given the logistics and costs involved in shipping outside the continental United States. If you live in Alaska, Hawaii or Puerto Rico you may contact us to request a special quote. At this time we do not ship outside of the USA but we can ship orders to Fedex on the US side of the border for pick up.
LARGE FREIGHT SHIPMENTS (Overspray Reduction Booths) - What to do when your shipment arrives
1. Immediately inspect your shipment to ensure it is in good condition.
2. If the unit appears to have any damage please not the observation on the delivery receipt.
3. Take photographs of all sides of the pallet and the damage (this is very important.)
4. Do not immediately throw away the pallet or crating. Insurance & manufacturers require photographs of all sides of the shipment and disposing of the pallet and crate a box will also annul our ability process a damage claim and send a replacement if that is necessary. Please hold onto the shipping material until you are fully certain no concealed damage has occurred.
10. If damage did occur please notify us immediately at (321) 392-4786 and forward the photos to info@SprayTanningStore.com
11. If no damage is noted on the delivery receipt the shipment will be considered "clear" and the purchase completed. Congratulations!
Freight Shipping Damage (All Products)
Please understand that when signing for freight you are agreeing that your items have been received in good condition. Any damage to items beyond that point will be the responsibility of the customer. Please follow the delivery inspection instructions sent to you on email carefully when receiving a freight shipment and always notify us within 24 hours if any damage occurred. Please understand that if freight damage was incurred, and the customer did not note the damage on the delivery receipt, it is the discretion of the Sun Tanning Store and the manufacturer to determine the appropriate option (sending replacement parts etc.) to remedy the situation.
Cancelation, Return & Refund Policies
The fastest and easiest way to cancel an order is to reply to the instant order confirmation you received when you placed your order online. Just tell us why you need to cancel and we will update the system as soon as possible. You will receive a 100% refund on any order if we can cancel it before the shipping process begins. Once the shipping process has begun, and we cannot stop it without incurring fees from the carrier, you will need to refund or exchange the product based on the conditions below.
Spray Tanning Equipment, Solutions & Disposables Return Policy
All spray tanning equipment includes a 7 day return window after delivery. The customer is responsible for shipping and handling costs (both ways) on returned items and a 25% restocking fee will be applied. All equipment returns must include an RMA number provided by the Spray Tanning Store.
Because we cannot sell used items, all returns must be in new and unused condition, including original packaging (please do not use, assemble, or modify the product in any way). Due to quality control. sanitary requirements and to ensure authenticity no returns or exchanges will be provided on tanning solutions, Lotions, self tanners, disinfectants, support products or disposables. Unless otherwise stated, specials, promotions or any products that are purchased using a coupon or discount code are not eligible for return or exchange.

All shipments should be sent to commercial addresses and if after delivery by the carrier, the shipment is subsequently reported to be lost or stolen, the Spray Tanning Store retains sole discretion in determining the appropriate resolution.
